I bought 2 flavors: Blueberry Acai & Pineapple Coconut. Today I tried the Blueberry Acai and was surprised at its flavor. It was sweet, but not overly so and none of the tartness associated with blueberries. I actually enjoyed it more without syrup, just a little butter. It was as if I had a muffin with my morning coffee. I finally tried the Pineapple Coconut. Surprisingly I was not as happy with this flavor. I could smell the tropical flavors upon opening the packet. But after cooking, I could not taste the coconut and the pineapple was at a minimum. I have pineapple and coconut extract (ordered from Amazon) so I will try them with regular pancake mix in the future. But the Blueberry Acai will be reordered.

I can't wait to buy more. This pancake mix has great flavor, I just wish that there were more of it. The bag is half-filled, if that.

My family doesn't appreciate the flavor, but I do!! Except for the price I would definitely reccomend!! Delicious!!

Got a few packages of these as a gift several years ago and fell in love. After finding them on Amazon with a discount for buying them in multiples, I thought I'd died and gone to Hawaii. Not too sweet, and still tastes great with regular syrup (a little odd considering they flavor of the pancakes). Even better with the Hawaiian Sun coconut syrup.

A package feeds two hungry souls with several pancakes--just add water. The pancakes are a perfect median between fluffy and dense to fill you up. I don't make regular pancakes anymore, this is where it's at. Makes a fun gift, or just to stock your own pantry with something new and interesting!

Recreated my Hawaiian breakfast at home fast and easy. I bought macadamia nuts at Whole Foods, (unsalted) chopped them into small pieces; added water and nuts to the package contents and cooked!
