I am the dining room manager at a major resort in northern Michigan. I've ordered this wine key for my entire server staff. They all love it as much as I do. It's durable and reliable. A bit bulky but none of my staff seem to mind at all. They all chose their own colors which makes them unique. I would have no problem purchasing more for my staff. I myself have 2, 1 for work and 1 at home.

I love this non-typical waiters key. It gives a fresh look to the typical waiters key and the pushfeature acting as the double hinge allows you to better open wines with various neck sizes. The cork itself is very sturdy and it doesn't feel like the key will break when you twist in the cork. The knife is very sharp for the foil and will cleanly cut the foil so it gives the wine presentation an extra umph

I'm a gadget guy, but when it comes to opening a bottle of wine you can throw out all those silly contraptions that no one can operate (and that eventually break because of all the weird moving parts). Sometimes you just gotta go old-school, and this bottle opener does it with a nice bit of heft and class. The build quality of this opener exceeded my expectations especially for the price - definitely worthy of five stars.

A bit roughly made (mass produced in China) but it looks OK at first glance, and works as advertised. More than adequate, considering the price. Foil knife is hard to fold out without breaking a nail, but maybe it will loosen up with use. The genuine Pulltex is much nicer looking and finely made, but at 4x the price you have to really want the extra elegance.
