It's too soon to know as I've only taken them 3 days, but was emailed to review. They taste good, like candy taffy. You get 60 chews, suggested to take 3 a day. So just about a 3 weeks supply. I have read also of the powder to put in juice/coffee/smoothies. But these are individually wrapped so you can throw them in you bag and easily take them with you. If these show improvement in a couple weeks I'd like to also try the powder form.
I read reviews of women saying their skin texture was improved and volume. That's what I'm hoping for! Good luck everyone.

I have only tried these for a week, so too soon to tell if they really help with hair/skin/nails. However, they are delicious and I have also noticed that they quell hunger pangs in the afternoon. Nice bonus. I will happily continue to try these for a month or two to see if the collagen benefits are noticeable. FYI, I am a 58 year old female.

I'm loving these so far. Ive been taking them for a week now and I noticed my hair getting softer/shinier/more oil (which is exactly what I need as my hair is dry/curly). My skin looks brighter/clearer. Can't wait to continue seeing the results to come.

I'm used to taking the powdered collagen daily. I have tried many different brands. This one tastes like starbursts and is a bit annoying to chew. It also for some reason causes intestinal distress. I'm really not sure why. It happened each time I took it.

These do taste good and I enjoyed taking them. I purchased 3 bags and took consistently and never saw any difference in my skin! I didn't notice any difference at all.
