These things survived tropical storm strength wind! We live 40-45 miles from where hurricane Harvey made land fall and I thought for sure these would be goners! Nope they held up perfect! Not one bulb broke.
The four stars is because when they came in, 2 bulbs were broken. So not sure if that was because of packaging poorly (which the weren't) or is mailing was rough.

Look good. They're dim enough to not blind you but bright enough to see. I successfully play cards on my deck with these strung up along two sides (though only till we remember we have a lamp nearby). Oddly enough, half the bulbs weren't screwed in when I got it. Plugged it in... Half the lights didn't work. Tightened and was at 100%. Even the ones that worked were loose.

These are solid lights. At first I opened the box and wasn't sure but they have been outside for 2 weeks now in Houston against the patio awning. Through storms and also didn't need to unscrew each to remove packaging. Just slowly tear the packaging and put a towel on the counter so they don't hit the table and shatter. We are really happy with these!

Love these lights. They are bright and cheery and look great on our porch. I would order these again. So far, the bulbs are holding up nicely. I always get "oooooo, ahhhhh" when we have friends over and turn them on. ;-)
