LOVE this mix! It's a little pricey from this vendor---but this mix can be hard to find. It makes excellent waffles (which not all whole grain mixes do.) They are crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. (Also makes good pancakes--- but many do.)
Read the ingredients if you have a gluten-sensitivy.

I searched Ama for Buckwheat pancake mix because of my friends gluten issues. This seemed like the most popular. Bought 'em and they taste great! Then, I started to think they tasted too great and read the directions before asking my gluten sensitive friend over for buckwheat pancakes. Sure enough, the first ingredient is wheat. I guess you can label it Buckwheat if you can get away with it. Just another case of us buyers needing to beware.
