Great mix if you have to be gluten free
If you have a lot of food allergies, this works with alternative ingredients

I'm a frequent repeat buyer with 18 food allergies. These pancakes the only remotely bread-like or baked-good like item that I can eat. It still works well with rice milk and flax seed for your egg replacement, so if you have other food allergies, you can probably still turn these pancakes into something edible, even if you use some alternatives.

This is my "go too" gluten free mix to add to recipes. I enjoy it as pancakes too. It has the best taste for sweet recipes. I use a case of this mix a month.

These are the best GF pancakes. My brother in law (who can eat wheat) prefers this brand to wheat based pancakes! The pancakes are very light. I sometimes use egg replacer instead of eggs and the pancakes taste fine either way.
Highly Recommended. Better than the competition. Works great for allergy children too.

My favorite gluten free mix to date. Does not taste anything like regular bisquick which I hate. I add almond flavoring and extra milk because I prefer my pancakes thin and crispy so I cook them a little longer. They taste like a breakfast pastry with the addition of flavoring. Also great for my grandson who is allergic to 5 of the major allergens. I substitute almond milk for regular milk, add enjoy for life chocolate chips and substitute bananas for the egg. I also use the almond flavoring and they taste great.
