This is a great scan too for the price

Yes, I do love it. I put off buying a new scan tool for years and when i saw this one at a great amazon price,,, I jumped. While some cars give less information and some more, it graphs o2 sensors, and has a data capture "frame" function which I use often. I capture data at idle and then again at 65 mph. I have captured data on all my cars WHILE they are running fine, so when problems come up,,, i can see what changes. I take the diagnosis feature with a grain of salt,,, but do really love this scanner. It's helped me a # of times already with vacuum leaks, slow O2 sensors, even a clogged air filter.
A Must Have for Anyone Who Owns a Car

Great item, which anyone can use, including my wife. I bought this because my SES light came on on my car. The Actron diagnosed the problem and, luckily, I was able to fix it myself, thus saving hundreds of dollars which the mechanic would have charged. Even if you can't do the repair yourself, having the advantage of knowing what the problem is, what part is needed and the cost of the part should prevent you from being taken advantage of by a mechanic.

Advertised as able to read "most" GM air bag systems, but it is not compatible with 2008 Tahoe, which would be considered as a very common platform. Returned immediately and am very pleased with the Innova 3160e that was purchased it its place.

Purchased this because I was having problems with my 95 Buick Regal. It has one of those weird OBD GM 1.5 connectors that appears to be a OBD1 but the pins are in thew wrong layout and the computer is OBD2. I called a few shops to have the scan it just so I didn't throw parts at it. Cheapest price I got was $100 and I would still have to get the vehicle there.
The car "ran" but very rough, I did not trust it going any real distance and as I live in the country it was about a 30 mile drive to the cheap shop. I didn't want to take the car threw traffic as it would probably die off many times and just felt unsafe as the town is big the roads stay packed. Short of having the car towed there I was left with very little options. Decided to look into a scanner and a friend recommended this model as he has worked with cars like mine and he knew someone who bought it and they said it worked for their vehicle.
