This is a great little axe. I bought it for camping/hiking and woodsmany stuff. It's a perfect size for that, and the quality and finish is unbeatable. Good looking too! I will caution you, as someone who has watched a LOT of trees fall to the ground by my hand, this is not a felling axe. Maybe they have smaller trees in Sweden or something, but I wouldn't want to fell anything much larger than a foot across with this. This isn't a problem, it's just a correction to the name. This axe is great for limning up fallen trees and cutting down smaller ones, I'm really very, very impressed with it. But if you want to go live out your Paul Bunyan fantasies, get yourself a 6 pound American pattern axe with a long handle and go deforest your little heart out.

Just got this axe, can already feel the craftsmanship and skill that went into making this axe. Real leather sheath that has a welt in it to protect it from the rivets. Cannot wait to take it into the woods and test it out soon. Will update this review on the axe after i get a chance to take it into the woods.

Good axe met all my expectations

The axe head is very sharp and seemed great, BUT the handle split on the first camping trip :(

Couldn't believe the quality of this axe. Took it camping and it performed marvelously. Arrived shaving sharp (not kidding) and held the edge very well. Can't wait to use it again!
