I returned it because it was pulsing.
Great Value -- No problems!

Seems like a good lil inverter for the money. The complaints about the positive and negative posts being too close is unwarranted. This is my third inverter and all these smaller sized inverters have about the same distance between posts. At any rate if you don't know that it's a good idea to disconnect the batteries while installing a inverter, then maybe you should have someone do it for you so you don't burn your RV down!

I'm running a couple fans off this and I'm not getting any high frequency noise, so that's a good thing. I also run a crock pot off this with no problems. I ran it past 12.4 volts and the alarm didn't kick on, maybe those people's batteries bad bad cells. I installed mine with 6 gauge wiring, so maybe that's why I'm not having these issues. Spend the .50 cents a foot and do it right.

For the money and the 1 year warranty I don't see how you can go wrong if you need a small inverter.
Works Great, I apparently needed a Pure Sine Inverter.

Works as described. Definitely needed the pure sine since a different inverter, that was not a pure sine, would not work for my application. It was a learning experience for me.

This units works great except for 1 issue
Ric-HardSeptember 17, 2016
I purchased this for my backyard area light, its connected to a 100-watt/12-volt mono solar panel, a 30 amp PWM charge controller and a 80aH deep cycle battery. This units works great except for 1 issue. When I have a cloudy day and the battery isn't fully charged, the system will alarm and shut down, when the battery is fully charged at about the mid-day mark the system is still alarming and I have to power off and back on to reset. This is no good for when I go out of town as the area light will not come on without a reset. Is there a way to get the unit to reset once input voltage gets above 12.5 vdc.

*** UPDATE ***
I did some test on the unit, it sounds low input alarm at 12.5 VDC and low input cut-off at 12.2 VDC. The manual says the alarm sounds at 11.5 VCD and cut-off at 11 VDC. I'm attempting to contact the seller for an exchange as this doesn't seem to be working properly.
