The media could not be loaded. We fitted it under the passenger seat of Ford Transit to convert 12v to 110v such that it can charge the power station as as you charging using house plugin socket. I have been using it for over a year and it works great. I normally turn it on using the remote control after I start the car engine. After driving for a couple of hours I would have full charge of the power station.

We had a damage of the remote control due to our own fault. I searched for replacement but wasn't sure they fit. I contacted the customer service, and they sent me a replacement free of charge.

The inverter is in a standby power configuration no test data to report .

My only issue with the product is that it trip well before max "startup" load. This is not acceptable. When a product says 1200run/2400startup it better not trip when the unit loads are under these numbers respectively. Otherwise the product has worked well and customer service was very good at resolving an initial issue.

I use this to power my fridge when overlanding or just out and about and want to keep things cool. I've bumped this thing over every kind of dirt, rock, sand and mud road from the Pacific to Utah. From 116+ degree deserts to snowy mountains well below freezing to power my travel electric blanket. It's more than adequate for my needs and has performed flawlessly. The USB outlet is useful too.

I did replace the cable with a 12" RJ9 one as I didn't need the length nor want extra laying around.

Purchased this over a month ago for backup power to use with a old hybrid vehicle. The drive battery units sold by some companies looked great but are way too pricey for many people. This seemed to be the best alternative. I originally wanted to go bigger but, after reading up on using inverters with certain hybrids, I decided on this wattage rather than take a chance on smoking something in the vehicle's electrical system or the aux battery.

After leaving it boxed for a couple of weeks, it was time to give it a basic test. I did not bother using any external meters at the time. Hooked it up to an old small AGM battery that was laying around using only clamps to the battery posts with the supplied wires. Plugged in a much older 5000btu window AC unit to the output. On first try it beeped from the initial surge. On second try the AC started right up and worked as normal. Keeping an eye on the voltage display, I ran it down to 12.2 volts in roughly 1 minute which was enough to satisfy my curiosity without taking a chance on damaging such as small battery. Although the cables are nice, I will feel better adding 2ga wires before using with my vehicle. Also purchased a 80 amp inline fuse holder with spare fuses. For this type of set up, I'd recommend keeping a spare aux battery fuse for the specific vehicle on hand too. Other than this, I'm sure I will add to the review as time goes on.
