Dewalt 20v battery works!!

Buy a 20v dewalt power wheels battery adapter with fuse on the wiring. Cut off the Westinghouse battery adapter and wire in the dewalt adapter (make sure you have polarity correct). Install 15 amp fuse in 20v dewalt battery adapter. Open inverter case to delete internal fuse and solder a wire in as a jumper. This way you have the external fuse protecting the inverter and it's easier to replace if you over amp and pop the fuse. You have a 20v dewalt 120v ac inverter for under $50. This Westinghouse unit protects the 20v dewalt battery from damage caused by over discharging unlike many other generic inverters sold for the 20v dewalt batteries.

I was hoping this would fit Porter Cable or Black & Decker 20 volt Max batteries because they seem similar but unfortunately they don't that being said I'm glad there is a product like this and it's almost a compelling reason to get into the line
