Have it set up to run my motor home. Three large uses are fridge, water heater, and microwave. Can only run one at a time but I switch them as needed. Can't confirm but I'd assume it can handle a 2000w load. The cables and remote switches are perfect.

Power modified waves Inverter and put Power TechON PS1003 for the same purpose - use laser printer in my truck. Laser printer I bought is Brother 2700 combo (print, scan, fax copier) and it didn't work with previous inverter but with new one working perfectly. It also feed microwave, toaster and small fan, but put them on separately to eliminate inverter's overloading or fuse blowing. Highly recommended.

This inverter is high quality and contains everything you need. The only down side is the only power switch is on a remote cord. It could use one on the actual unit. Besides that, this inverter produces a consistent signal and runs whisper quiet!!!

Operates the microwave off our 2 batteries, and charged by my 2 Renogy folding solar panels. Table fan is smooooth. This refurb unit works perfectly.

I needed a new inverter in my truck. I had purchased a new laser printer and it was not compatible with my 2000 watt modified sine wave inverter. I happened to find the Power Tech-on and read every customer review until I felt somewhat comfortable with it. Then I thought, 'WTH... The price is right!' It came to the house in less than a week. I installed it & my laser printer worked great... But now when the microwave is on my 100a circuit breaker trips. I had a feeling from the other reviews that the 4ga battery cables from the last inverter were too small. My local battery guy said to run a jumper cable from my positive terminal on the battery to the positive on the inverter and see if that fixes the problem. It did. So he made me up a set of 2/0ga welding cables and I haven't had any probs since. The cables cost me about $90 but they were worth it. Even with the price of the cables I am about $150 under the price of the Xantrec inverter I was gonna purchase. And I still would have had to buy the new cables... 😆

The only problem I have and it's not a big problem, but the edges of the case on either end are very sharp. I have cut or scratched my leg more than once. I will take a file to the fins to remedy the problem.

Other than that one issue, this is a great find/buy!
