Purchased this inverter 2 months ago. Used it sporadically for one camping trip off-grid, worked great during that trip. Yesterday used inverter to run a vibrating sander and inverter seemed to have problems maintaining voltage. Today started the inverter and it returned a fault error and burned out the 200 amp fuse between battery and inverter.
Update: I have raised my rating from 1 to a 3 based solely on the great customer service I have received working with Angelica at GoWise. They had me ship the inverter back, tested on their end and agreed to ship me a new inverter as the inverter tested to be faulty.
I would have raised my rating to a 4 but have a criticism of the companies policy that required I pay for shipping to return their faulty product. ($41 through UPS) Perhaps in the future they will reconsider this business destructive policy and stand completely behind their product.

Welp, it was good until it fried ever so slightly longer than 1 year after purchase, to insure there was no room for a warranty claim. I would swear that is engineered into many products, such as this one. NEVER ran heavy loads on it for longer than a minute or two (like, 1500 watt MAX, usually just 200 watts at a time).$30 a month to convert DC to AC.... hmmm... not exactly a bargain.
