Item came in OEM packaging, all documentation included. Unit functions as described, no faults occurred in the trial period, I recommend this company to my friends and family.

Counterintuitive design, the additional selector button in addition to the rotary is real letdown compared to the simplicity of the old Radio Shack multimeter it tries to replicate.

Compact Unit good for keeping in your tool kit or vehicle for quick measurements, but not a suitable replacement for a full sized meter if you do a lot of electrical work.

One thing that is not stated in the instructions is that when this unit arrives it will have a piece of plastic between one of it's batteries and it's contact that must be removed for the meter to work. This is annoying because this is not stated in the instruction manual and there is no easy access to the battery without completely removing the meter's case.

While this is actually very easy to accomplish I almost ended up returning my unit as defective because the case does not look like it is meant to be opened and the instructions do not mention needing to take any special steps prior to the first use.

Good item and good delivery time, but the text on the selector is too small, also it is hard to see where is the selector is pointing. sometimes it doesn't work and I have to open the back and move the battery.

This works well. I needed one to keep handy at my desk. I am in a wheelchair and can not always get into the garage for my big one. It is used mostly for checking continuity in circuits and voltage in batteries.
