This is a great laptop desk! I have a 17 in laptop and it fits perfect. The mouse pad thing can slide out on the left or right side, and it has a convenient phone holder on both sides. The cushion on the bottom is soft and comfortable, as well as the wrist resting pad. My laptop covers the iPad slot, but I don't use it for an iPad; I use it for holding my pencils/pens. As a college student who takes online classes and needs to take notes from the computer, I place my laptop next to me while I use the lap desk as a writing table. I highly recommend this product!

I got this for my high tech 92 yr old Aunt! She loves it! She has an iPad, iPhone, kindle and kindle fire! Now she's able to keep them all in one place and read and surf the net! Quality seems great. One cook thing about it is you can pull out the mouse pad from the left or right side depending on which hand you use for a mouse. Im going to order one for me as well! Definitely recommend!

These were purchased for my college and high school aged children for Christmas. They were a hit more so with the college aged, as they tend to do work from their beds from time to time. The sliding drawer is nice for their cell phones and the optional light is a nice way to do homework with a roommate sleeping in the same room. My only complaint is that they are somewhat on the large side, which is great if you have a larger laptop, but not so if you need to store it in a tight space. Overall a good purchase.

Finally found the perfect lap desk. Lightweight, but totally sturdy. MOUSE PAD pulls out on either side and holds your phone to boot! The light is perfect for when you don't want overheads or lamps on, but still need to see the keyboard. My friend had one at a writers retreat and recommended it, and I am so grateful. As a writer, it gets uncomfortable sitting at a desk all day. This allows me to relax and still get work done.

I've been looking for a great lap desk for months. I checked in stores before I remembered Amazon. They have quite a selection, but this one stood out. They offer a lot of versions to fit your needs. I'm thinking I should have bought the oversized model since I don't use the pull tray for my mobile. It's comfortable on my lap and I definitely recommend!
