had to return this product due to #$%#% type error codes and inability to read my cars error messages. Gets stuck in certain screens for a long time and had to be restarted. Sometimes failed to read the transmission temp. and it took forever to return even thou the product was at the destination facility for >2 weeks. Stay away from iCarsoft unless its being handles by amazon.
