The device appears to read codes like it says it does. However, my Volvo s40 says my airbag has a failure but this device picks up no error code. If I try to erase the code, the warning shows up as soon as my car starts up. This device did nothing for me and will most likely be returning it.
It works. Stores easily in glovebox.

Cleared my MIL with ease. First time user took me literally 5 mins. (I did watch some vids on YouTube) Read my codes (misfire in cylinder 2, had it previously repaired) and erased it. Bye check engine light! Could have bought the Autophix OM123, but liked the extra functions that this has for the Audi. Probably not gonna use the other functions, but F it, Ball out!
Must have for Volvos. pretty great on other brands too. does not work at all on GM.

this thing can see individual modules (ECM, TCM, BCM, etc...) on more than just Volvo. can not get it to connect to GM cars or trucks from around 2003 at all, so no OBD2 on them at all. will not replace my usual scan tool, but has proven to be useful, especially on the Volvos it is advertised for. worked great on a 2001 Volvo S60 24T. it even pulled codes from the climate control unit!
