Just completed a large foyer/small room. The few Jams were strictly operator error. Took a bit to figure out how high to set the compressor without splitting boards but after that, the job went well. Just a note for beginners- I did not realize you can't use a nailer (any nailer) close to walls so you will need another tool to finish the job. This definitely made it go faster and was worth the money.

If you're a homeowner or a DIYer looking for a floor nailer, this is a great value. I bought this to install ~250 sq ft of 3/4 solid hardwood in my house. I've never used a floor nailer before, but this is easy to use and reliable. Not sure how it compares to the ones costing 4-5 times as much, but it does everything I expect it to and does it well. It misfired 3 times, but all three were because I didn't hit the plunger right, so I can't fault the tool for that.

Excellent tool. Cheaper than renting. It's a pro tool at $90. Just finished my bedroom and closet.
