These are by far the best heel cups I have ever had and I have had many over the years. I was introduced to this brand 3 years ago by an orthopedic for plantar fasciitis and they have saved my ability to be on my feet all day. I try to walk 10,000-13,000 steps a day and I would be unable if not for these inserts. One of my feet will still ache and be tender at the end of the day but at least I can walk. I found the ones I received yesterday to be identical to my 3 year old pair. Same brand. Same quality. And they were 1/2 the price of the orthopedic office! The only downside for me is that the height at the heel causes my heel to slip out of flats or loafers. I have to wear these with athletic shoes or shoes that hold my feet in more. I tend to wear tennies the majority of the time as this is the most comfortable. If they are not in my tennies, my feet hurt a lot. Also, I wear a children's size 3 shoe or a women's 4-5 with added pads or thick socks. I bought the medium size after I had to return the XS. The XS wouldn't have fit my 2 yr. old grandchild. The descriptions show all 3 sizes at the same dimensions.

I had worn orthotic inserts for 20 years. Hard to find shoes to fit and if I ever missed a day my feet really hurt. Lost so much cushioning affect that shoes could offer. A new heel pain sent me to orthopedist. She recommended using these without orthotics for a week or so. Since then (two months ago) I haven't used my orthotics at all. Only these Pro Care heel cups. Shoes more comfortable, more walking. Bought a second pair to keep handy. Works for me. Hope it fixes your issue

This are fraudulent. I received cups that are absolutely not ProCare, not the ones pictured, they didn't even bother to say ProCare, and were just horrible quality. Amazon did a fantastic job helping fix the problem, but I just want to warn anyone else with orthopedic or other issues that these are NOT ProCare, and are awful knockoffs.
