A great product for making quick, Bisquick pancakes really fast. It couldn't be simpler. Two big things to remember - 1) don't forget this in your cabinet because a year goes by faster than you think. 2) this 10.6 ounce size is the BIG size. I prefer the smaller 5.1 ounce size (looks identical) for my smaller family. The smaller size makes 6-8 pancakes and this larger size makes 12-15. You CAN store what you don't use in the refrigerator right in this same container but you need to use it within a couple of days. The taste seems the same as the kind you make from the box, though this is far more convenient, especially for impromptu pancake cravings.
