Perfect for in between heavier workouts

I use these to keep the workout going after pushing myself on heavier loads, they also work great on strengthening areas you may not be too great on such as the forearm or tricep.

Bars are sturdy. Weights arrived unmarred. What else can be said? They're weights.

Worst product ever. Please dont buy it....it looks nothing like is shown in the display picture. The weights are loose and keeps moving on the bar. Very less space on the bar to hold.
