Other than the need to bypass the ink scanner made to only use "certified" Keurig products, this is great for the office I work in. We've got 8 people working there and some use it all the time while some are only occasional users.
The videos you can find online to trick the machine into thinking you're using official K-Cups were very helpful in ensuring we didn't have to buy only the brands Keurig deems worthy.
The hassle of having to redo this "trick" now and then is sort of annoying, but overall it's not such a big deal that it takes away from our enjoyment of the machine.

It deserves a 2 1/2 star review at best.

We've had this Keurig since mid-March 2017 It is a replacement for a previous generation Keurig that lasted about 4 1/2 years. This one is basically junk. Half the time it refuses to brew a complete cup by giving an error message that the pressure is too high. This requires you to go thru a stupid process with a little cleaner bulb that they include in the box. It does this whether using Green Mountain (Keurig brand) K-cups, Tully's, off-brand cups, it doesn't matter. Why don't they just fix the device so it works? The design of the water reservoir is the worst I've seen in any coffee maker. While it holds an advertised 70 oz of water, it has to be hung on the side of the housing just right, because two little off-set security tabs go into two equally little ports on the machine to hold the thing on. Once you finally get the reservoir fastened to the device, you have to reinstall the reservoir cover, which is curved in two axies and has to be fastened front to back. The previous generation container was a simple lift-off and lift-on for both the reservoir and lid. When it works, it's okay, when it doesn't it's simply crap. More than once I've been tempted to take it into the back yard and beat it to pieces with a shovel (and I'm a pacifist at heart). It deserves a 2 1/2 star review at best. But like I said it makes good coffee, when it works.
Update: Since I wrote the initial review above, this thing has proven it's worthy of less than "one" star. It's simply garbage. The display goes blank about half the time, when it's not entirely blank it is a panel of striations with no hotspots for touching to control the operation. If the unit is unplugged for a few minutes and then reconnected, it will occasionally display a full touch screen. The touch screen will on occasion actually perform the function as intended, other times it will not do anything. Junk, junk, junk. Do. Not. Buy. This. Keurig.

Great invention!

This is great! I procrastinated for years while making up my mind to buy one - but I'm so glad I did. Fresh coffee in the morning is now something to really look forward to.....not just burned leftovers because I didn't get up in time. It smells good, too, like a little something to celebrate in the morning. (Unless the power has gone off during the night and all the settings are gone.)
really nice machine and works great

We really like this coffee maker for K-cups. It's much better than our last Keurig and works great. It also has an extra water filter if you wanted to use that feature. The filters are relatively inexpensive and last about 3 months. If you keep this machine clean by sticking to the maintenance schedule, it should last a long time with very good coffee. Don't forget to run a cup of water after flavored coffee or cocoa so the flavors don't mix.
Love the Light Color!

We are thoroughly enjoying our new Keurig. It's versatile, fast, and actually pretty. The color blends in and enhances my countertop unlike the traditionally boring black. I would given it 5 stars, but it's a bit noisy... I'm not sure why since our last Keurig was not. Hope this one isn't a lemon! So far, everything works well and it makes very good coffee.
