Love the associated App and suggested recipes. It works as expected, I still have yet to use my own ground beans, but pods work great. I enjoy that the pot can identify the specific pod you are using, and the app can suggest a recipe to make.

My previous Keurig coffeemaker gave up the ghost after 3-½ years of faithful service. I'd never had serious criticisms of that one, but the new one is a lot smarter, and the water reservoir is much easier to refill--it has a handle and the parts have been designed to make it almost impossible to have trouble assembling them. Of course this one is also SMART, recognizes your K-cup and remembers how strong you like your coffee.
The only complaint I have is that it has its own special cup for coffee that you may buy from some other source, and it's a bit tricky to take parts out and put them back together, and if you do it wrong the machine stops working until you do a lot of fiddly cleaning inside. The solution to this problem is either to never use coffee not pre-cupped by Keurig, or to be super careful assembling the alternate cup.
