Keeping a little balance

This shoe insert provides enough lift to compensate for wearing a brace on the other foot. Having a "drop foot", due to old sciatic damage, the brace allows me to walk without catching my drop foot on nearly anything. With my brace in place, the use of the lift helps compensate to keep the rest of me level and walking as normally as possible.

This product was recommended for purchase by my physical therapist to help alleviate/heal plantar fasciitis. She had recommended SMALL but I ordered MEDIUM because I thought it made sense to go by shoes size of 10M. Well that was mistake! The MEDIUM inserts were too wide and too big for my Hoka's and On Cloud shoes. I returned the Medium and ordered the Small. -- they fit great into both shoes. They stay in position and they seem to be helping. I hope these are the solution for me because I like how I can keep the original souls of my sneakers and able to lay the heel insert on top of the shoes's original insert.

I have bone spurs on the back of my feet that have been causing me pain. It was suggested that I try heel inserts/lifts. I bought the first pair and really like the fact that I don't feel them in my shoes. They are not rock hard like others I have tried. I am going to purchase more of these so I won't have to keep moving the inserts/lifts from shoe to shoe. Would definitely recommend these!
Limits shoe choice

Used for discrepancy in leg length after hip surgery. Disadvantage is it's limited in what shoes I can use it in. Does not work in any dress shoes. Makes my heel slip. Doesn't work in open back shoes or sandals. Limited to 3 pair of tennis shoes. Not much fun!
