What can you say? My husband loves this item. I used it as well. It cuts great. Better than a chain saw, safer too. It is a nice tool to add to your gardening set. I love products that make chores easier.

I purchased this tool at the beginning of the year and it has seen a good amount of use since then, mainly for cutting cedar branches up to 1 1/2" thick and for clearing a large patch of golden bamboo. Bamboo is hard on tools, but the blade still cuts well and has a decent edge. It's quality steel.
The loppers are solidly built which means they're not lightweight, but I don't find them too heavy either. The handles are a nice length for all around use, and provide good leverage when cutting larger branches. After a season of use, there's no sign of loosening joints or any undue wear. I'm pleased with the loppers and would recommend them to others.

A very strong and long lopper for large limbs and roots

This is a very strong bypass lopping pruner with longer metal handles (30") than similar items sold in several home garden centers I've visited. These work very well on large tree roots we had to cut out from under a sidewalk. The one limitation is that with long handles, this tool may not fit in some constrained locations. I use these to trim and cut branches with leaves over or inside a mid-sized plastic container for green waste ... and the handles won't open fully enough for items I attempt to cut up at the bottom 1/3 of the can. I mention that to make an impression in the length of the handles on this tool. These provide strong leverage, provided there is adequate open area to use the tool where the cutting will be done. This is the strongest lopper I own. I'm glad I bought it.
The tool I received is labeled "now improved" and "manufactured 06/2017"
The label says it is made in Taiwan.

Delivered as stated on the order. It is heavier than I expected and didn't realize the cutting blade was bigger than what I have been use to. My husband is happy with it. For myself I would have liked a smaller size. Sometime in the future I may order a smaller one. I did like the grips on the handles. Over all good price if you like your Lopper to have a larger cutting area.
An International Lopper -And a nice one, at that.

This 'lopper' really does the job for me - Both trimming smaller low hanging branches and reaching to where my arms cannot reach with hand pruners to clip away upcoming blackberry bushes, it works quite well. If you have not used one of these before, it can feel a bit awkward at first - but, once you get use to it, all is well. It is very sharp and is best wiped clean and lubed after each use to help maintain its smooth action. My old lopper rusted away because I failed to do those things!
An interesting/odd note:
The attached tag is from TABOR Tools, and gives their phone, email and snail-mail address on a kibbutz in Israel. On the other side of the tag
it is clearly marked "Made In Taiwan." Made for TABOR in Israel by an unnamed manufacturer in Taiwan for sale here in the US. An international lopper!
