They are comfortable to wear. I can hear some sounds through them, but they muffle quite a bit. We stretched out the ear muffs over the box as the seller gave it as a tip, it was very helpful. When I then take the ear protection off, the muffled sounds are pretty loud. I'm hoping that these help alleviate the sounds of bombs going off during the 4th of July. Where we live, they are more war like than celebratory in their decibel level. If you or your child is on the autistic spectrum ASD, or has sensory processing disorder SPD, these would great to try.

Love these earmuffs! I really put them to the test shortly after they arrived, and brought my 12 gauge to an indoor range. I had small disposable ear plugs in, with these over my head, and I'm beyond satisfied. Muffled the shots perfectly, and I could still have conversations with people without screaming. I love how slim they are, versus the big bulky ones, and they're very comfortable. A little snug right out of the box, but that's to be expected. The seller is incredible. Took the time to email me personally to make sure all my expectations had been met, which I appreciate a lot. Being in customer service myself, it really makes a difference to the consumer. These are fantastic, and I will be buying a pair for my girlfriend as well. Thanks guys, don't stop making these!!

This product is a life saver. My son suffers from noise sensitivity, so it makes it extremely difficult to take him to children's events. Most recently we took him to see Jurassic Quest in Allentown to see mechanical dinosaurs. At first my 3 year old was verified from the noise, but once we slipped the Ear Protection on, he was a completely different child. He went from tense and fearful to relaxed and investigatory, I actually cried a little because I finally found something that allowed my child to enjoy events that other children his age enjoyed without be disabled by his noise sensory issues. I love them and would recommend them to everyone and anyone who has children with noise sensory issues!

As a new "shooter" I was very overwhelmed by the number and different kinds of ear protection out there. Cost was a concern as well. But I knew that the soft foam ear plugs I had been using on the range were NOT going to "protect" my ears from anything! After a lot of research I decided to give the Pro For Sho 34dB Shooting Ear Protection a go. They were very tight when I first tried them on. I had received a personal email from the company checking that they had arrived and giving me some tips on their "comfort". They mentioned them feeling a bit "tight" by some folks that had purchased them and they suggested I place them clamped on the box they came in and leave them there over night.

Today I put them on and they were just perfect and I wear glasses AND my eye protection over those. I was very appreciative of the customer service given BEFORE I may of questioned the comfort of the ear muffs and I appreciated the follow up note after I responded to their message letting them know that their suggestion worked perfectly. These are great on the range and I no longer go home with "ringing" ears after a couple hours shooting. And I learned it's not just your own weapon firing that ups the noise it's double and triple that noise when you are on the line at the range and there are many others shooting as well, these were perfect. I highly recommend them to anyone that wants GOOD protection at an affordable price.

Soooo... I had the Pro For Sho Earmuffs on my Christmas wishlist, my fiancée seen them and needed some as well so he added a pair to his wishlist :) I got him a pair for Christmas and he got me a pair for Christmas! We haven't used them for shooting yet but so far we are both pleased! I tried them on and could hardly hear my kids yelling on Christmas morning... haha... these may get used around the house more than at the range! ;)

If you find that these are too snug place them over the box like I have done in my picture for a little bit to wear them in.
