When I originally purchased my 2 sets they did not work. When the manufacturer received my review they offered to resend me 2 new sets. They felt it was a battery issue and really wanted to rectify the situation which I was very happy to hear. HOWEVER, I received my 2 NEW sets and started using them about 3 days ago. I purposely did not undo them and simply removed them from the box. I left them in direct sunlight for the next 2 days with the square box flat and in clear view of sunlight. unfortunately only 1 set actually works. so out of 4 sets only 1 will work. They are pretty lights
