I've been consistently taking this since May and my hair is thicker and I feel physically stronger. I usually do Crossfit Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, by Thursday i used to wake up tired and a little sore, I honestly feel like I'm not sore anymore. I drink it in my tea as it dissolves better in hot liquid, it's ok in orange juice too but needs to be stirred to make sure it doesn't clump. I'm now putting it in my husbands tea too!

I've been using this product for over s year now and absolutely love it. Have it set up for auto delivery each month. Something is definitely off with this latest batch. I noticed that the consistency is much coarser and doesn't dissolve as much. I've never had this happen in the past. Has the formula changed? If so please change it back to its original formula. The consistency was much smoother and would dissolve quickly in both hot and cold beverages. What went wrong???
