Works quite well. I go through quite a few of these because I push them pretty hard. They're wired straight into my batter through my car and this has a toll on things for not only my inverter, but my car battery (certainly seems to take a year off my battery life). Yet, it's great to be able charger phones and plug in heavy appliances. Passengers can literally play PS4 in my car. So, I may push everything to the limit, but it's totally worth it. This particular inverter hasn't died under the pressure yet!

I like the fact it comes with two sets of cables so it can be hardwired to your vehicle's electrical system or plugged into a power port for poratability. I've owned units like these for years. In work vehicles I keep them permanently installed, but like carrying them in my laptop case for use in personal vehicles. This one works great, as you'do expect. Plenty of power for my laptop or tablet. It'seems a replacement for an older unit I used to carry with me all the time. The USB port is handy, though to be fair, I use adapters in the car for charging my portable devices. But, in an older vehicle with limited outlets, if you are using your only one for this, the extra USB port should be handy. So far, so good, strongly recommend.

First, let me start by staying that I don't like giving an item/items negative reviews because my experience might be completely opposite of yours. I'm sure this particular power inverter is good. However, based on my personal experience, it didn't meet my standards. Every time I would turn it on to power a 150W heater, it would run for about 2 seconds, then shut off. For whatever reason, the power inverter kept blowing its fuses. I returned it with no hassle at all.
