I've tried several different pancake mixes over the years, and Aunt Jemima's pancake mix is the best for flavor and convenience. Only water needs to be added, and then the batter is ready for mixing and cooking. I've been using this for years, and have never been disappointed. This gets four stars instead of five for a couple of reasons:
the ingredients are somewhat related to the mix of flour, sugar, and powdered milk that I would have expected, but I can easily mix a healthier and lighter pancake batter from scratch with just a little extra time, and
the Aunt Jemima branding is so racist that Quaker Oats (a PepsiCo company) this year (2021) will be rebranding Aunt Jemima pancake mix as Pearl Milling Company pancake mix.
