The foot warmers work great. Really did keep my feet warm, my husband used some for work and he said they worked well for him too. The heat lasted a good bit of time and it wasn't over powering either. I think we will be buying more of these.

First used these type of hand & foot warmers in Japan years ago. I was wearing good boots & thick socks, but I'm just a tropical girl at my core. These are self-heating pads they use in the winter, so I google'd it and found these. And they work. Lasts hours. Lightweight, easy to pack in my biking or hiking bag. Fits my woman's size 7.5 shoes like inserts (see pic).
They start working once the packet is opened & exposed to air, so don't open it before you're ready. If you remember high school chemistry the heat is a result of iron when exposed to air. Generates a gentle warmth like a warming pad on Low setting to keep away the "can't feel my feet" feeling. If I ever pull another crazy stunt like stay up all night outside a Target after Thanksgiving waiting for a Black Friday sale I'm bringing these!

You know how parents will not buy things for self. Well my Dad has reached his 80s and his toes stay cold. Winter is coming so I sent these. His feet remain warm now. It makes it easier to walk. I usually visit this time of year but Hurricane Harvey delayed that so I sent heat.
