Fired up and worked with no problem. Runs the refrigerator and more.
Good Pure Sine Wave Inverter

I purchased this with the idea of powering a single room in the event of a power outage. I was able to wire this up with no issues. It has now been running for almost 2 week with no issues.
Five Stars

This inverter is a good little device. It is based on a pair of very successful circuit boards that a lot of Chinese inverter manufacturers are using.
The difference with this one is that they have done it properly, and ironed out the bugs that say power jack did not in the one I bought previously.
The PJ would turn off when the battery was being charged by pulse width modulation devices, from false voltage sensing... this one does not. It takes all kinds of charging without faltering.
The next thing it does well,is run as a ups..... which is what my PJ was supposed to do.... it did... if you turned it off before turning off generator support, which was a pain.. Failure to do so meant that your inverter would blow up the power mosfets..
Somehow these ones can be disconnected normally. This means we can unplug a secondary power source at will, and the unit transferres from gen support to battery again and back again without any fuss.
It is a low frequency unit, which means it can have serious surge ratings, which it will do usefully... not just in the advertising blurb. Low frequency inverters are good off grid inverters, as they can start almost any load that you can throw at them without faltering, as they use the battery as the source of sine wave power, rather than in a HF unit where they level shift the voltage up to 300plus volts, store it in a capacitor, then use that as the energy storage.. means peak power is very very short....
This unit uses the battery as the storage directly, so it's surge can be astonishing, and last for quite a time to get the bigger motors in compressors and the like going. Water pumps, fridges all seem to run flawlessly.
So it does what it is supposed to, and does it without carrying on. It is a good little unit to run a modest off grid shack or small house.
The only negative is that the fan algorithm is a bit annoying, but thats all I can fault with this one.
It does not have lots of bells and whistles, but is an honest worker.
Very happy
