A lot of pixels for the money

The native resolution of 2560 x 1440 packs a lot of pixels into the 27-inch screen. I really like having tons of room for multiple application windows. A tradeoff is that the pixels-per-inch is high (108 PPI), so everything is a little smaller. But I found if I move the screen a little closer, it makes up for it a bit. This refurbished unit looked like new, and was packed well.

The monitor came very well packaged and I use it for work, mainly Photoshop. After 4 months of use, a thin blue line appeared, and according to Dell forums this is a sign of the end of the monitors lifespan and there is nothing to do but to purchase a new one.
