Great value, everything works flawlessly, except one of my leg stands wasn't milled properly so it won't fit the monitor board chassis
Raspberry Pi Monitor

I bought this monitor to use on some of my different home projects and I have really enjoyed having it. I have successfully used the monitor with various raspberry PIs and can use all of the features that they allow as the screen is compatible with each version. The screen quality looks great for displaying pictures and video. The screen is also very responsive. The back of the screen has indicators on the silk screen for where to place different Raspberry Pis. I also printed a case for the monitor with bevel and still had no trouble mounting any of the raspberry PIs to it.
I really like all the extras that came with the kit. The kit comes with pretty much everything needed to get the screen up and running. It has a stylus and a screen protector. It comes with ribbon cables for connecting to the HDMI, USB, and power on the back of the monitor, so it can be mounted in a case without difficulty. The kit also came with cables for the side ports including a A-Male USB to Micro B USB pigtail adapter and full-length cable along with an HDMI cable and 5v 3A power adapter.
Customer support is always very helpful whenever I've had to contact them. They were very quick to respond, cordial, and able to send me exactly what I needed.
PS The pictures shown are of the front and back of the monitor in the case I designed, and the monitor on different screens and while off.

Better than official Raspberry Pi 7" display

Display quality is great. Sound quality is reasonable (nice to have built-in audio support via HDMI). Touchscreen works fine. The included extra cables make it easy to build a compact setup. Power consumption is ok. I'm using mine for a small battery-powered rig based on the Pi Zero 2.
There are a couple of caveats that will make working with this monitor better.
1. Backlight intensity, speaker volume and other display related configuration items are accessed through the five buttons on the rear of the PCB (just like a traditional HDMI monitor) so you may want to make these buttons accessible in your builds.
2. Raspbian doesn't have built-in support for the monitor's native 1024x600 pixels (at least as far as I can tell). By default my Pi configured the output for 720x480 pixels which is a bit tight and also caused the touchscreen calibration to be slightly off. Using the configuration software you can set other resolutions like 800x600 or 1024x768 pixels which are slightly better but you can also modify /boot/config.txt as shown below to configure the native 1024x600 pixel resolution in which case the touch matched exactly and the picture is very clear.
For 1024x600 pixels, edit the /boot/config.txt file as superuser using your favorite editor (such as nano or vim) and either uncomment or add the following lines. Save the file and reboot and you should be running at the native resolution.
framebuffer_width=1024
framebuffer_height=600
hdmi_force_hotplug=1
hdmi_cvt=1024 600 60 3 0 0 0
hdmi_group=2
hdmi_mode=87

First things first, this worked very well in preliminary testing. Video is very nice and the touch screen works very well. But, I was expecting it to work more like a laptop in that I can open a keyboard on a laptop and type things into the spaces. This is not like that. This was a surprise, but when I look back, it doesn't say you can type on the screen. But selecting buttons on Chromium works fine with touch screen and so does scrolling web sites, so no mouse is needed.
The pen comes in handy too.
I was hoping that with all of the open circuitry on the back to find a suitable case that could house the screen with a mounted Rpi, but not sure of any that I noticed. If you know of any, let me know?
Nice product that solves a lot of Rpi problems. Sound is great, video is great.

Edit: The original unit was unusable due to the below problem, the seller made it right by contacting me and sending me a replacement within an efficient time. The new unit is working fine after a few days of up time and happy with the purchase so far.
After receiving the unit it has a line of Pixels in the screen that are pixel burned. Everything else out of the box worked and looks like it would have worked well for my application but makes me worried about ordering another on and having the same problem.
