Works Great - Cooling Fan is Loud Though!

I think one of the coolest features in newer vehicles is the AC plugins that are built-in. This allows you to plug in laptops, gaming devices, or really anything that has a plugin and doesn't draw a crazy amount of wattage. Unfortunately if you have an older vehicle like mine this option doesn't exist. That's where this handy unit come in. It gives you two AC plugins and two USB ports drawing up to 400 watts max.
To use this just connect the cigarette adapter cord for a quick connection or you can use the other included cord and hard-wire it to your vehicle. There are several holes to mount this in your vehicle as well if you need a more permanent option. Once you've connected the power turn on the switch and then plug in your devices. A status light will alert you if there's a problem like not enough power or too much power draw.
I've important item worth noting is that the cooling fan is rather loud. When you're driving it would be much less noticeable than when you're stopped. The fan noise is similar to those electric coolers that you can plug in to a vehicle. Check out the video I included if you want to hear the noise.
I like this guy. It's lightweight and works well. If you have a mobile office it would be a great addition to power a laptop, printer, and keep your phone charged all at the same time!

Bingo. This one is a winner. I'm able to run some power tools off this one. Saved my bacon when I had a flat and no spare I was able to run my Harbor Freight compressor off it. It complained a little but it kept on going, and it did this through the cig lighter port too.

It is really a good product. I need business travel most of the time, and sometimes I have to plug in my laptop to reply some email even on the car. I got to say this thing is pretty sweet. I have used the same big ugly one for years and after the cord wore out last year I finally decided I should get a new one. The main purpose I use this for is just charging electronics now but it is necessary for camping. It is just a 400w but that is enough for my purposes. This is a very useful product. It has 2 110v outlets and 2 USB slots all combined in a very compact way. It is a handy, portable inverter which is perfect for us because we travel a lot and sometimes working while on the road and we need the laptop plugged in all the time! It is so easy to use, I didn't have to open the manual. It has a power and error indicator which is very helpful. Definitely a necessary purchase if you're always on the go!
