So usually pancake mixes can be used for waffles too but it's a no go for me in my opinion. When I tried to waffle this the texture threw me off! It was much better as a pancake mix also its already kind of sweet so you don't need that much syrup!!

My company's cafeteria makes the best pancakes I've had. I finally asked what the recipe was and they showed me this box. That's it! Just add water. I'm glad I'm able to buy this here because I can't find it anywhere else. Too bad it's a huge commercial size box but at least a it lasts a long time.

Taste way better thaan any other brand that I've tried. It makes both pancake and waffles and adding extra ingredients such ass bannas or blue berries or chocolate chips only makes it better. I will definitely be buying another box when i need it.
