Two very sharp blades, fit my mixer's food grinder attachment and made short work of chicken breasts. Very happy with this.

I lost my Kitchen Aid original component in the kitchen black hole. I purchased these and they are great, they actually cut the meat nicely. I still partially froze the meat and had not one issue grinding pork shoulder. No smearing whatsoever, I suggest "losing" your original Kitchen Aid cutter and buying these real cutters.
