I chose to wait a few weeks before writing this review so we had a chance to take it and really see if it was beneficial. Without a doubt, this is a solid supplement and I been taking supplements for over 20 yrs. Every so often you come across a product that you really feel and see differences from, and this is one of them. This is an excellent product for those who follow a blood type diet and need meat in their diet. I am a meat eater, I eat meat every single day (B negative) but my wife only eats meat on occasion, yet her blood type (O positive) calls for it. When she goes days without eating any meat she starts to feel sluggish, tired and weak. I try to tell her that she needs to supplement more meat in her diet, but she says she just doesn't have the taste for it at times. Since I started her on these products, she has felt a big difference in her well being. She feels so much better, no more feeling weak and lack of energy. It is really perfect supplementation for the lack of meat for when she goes through her dry spells from eating it. She even noticed that her hair (she is a beautician) and nails seem to be more healthier and stronger. I also have 3 young daughters who all have blood types that require meat (B-, O+, O+). One out of the three has no problem with eating meat and eats everything, but the other 2 within the last couple of years became so picky and just stopped meat and is basically eating only carbs - pasta, rice, pancakes, pizza, bread etc. The one that eats everything is nice and filled out, healthy and strong, but the other two, I saw differences in weight. My wife started to empty some caps in butter and would cook it in the rice they ate. I saw differences in them within days. The differences I saw was cognitive differences. My background is education and I work with them every night with school work. Most noticeable was less hyper active and the focus was much better. It just seemed that the thinking process as a whole was improved. We also noticed after a couple of weeks, they started to look more filled out, and the only thing that was added in their diet was these supplements. The effects were amazing, and in my view, I recommend that any parents who have children who are picky eaters (don't eat meat) and have blood types that require meat in their diet, to get these supplements and find a way to supplement them. You will see a difference. Now lastly, for me, since I do eat meat every day, you would think that taking these supplements won't make a difference -- but actually it did. Not only do I follow a blood type diet, but I also combine it with a Intermediate Fasting diet. I fast anywhere from 16 - 18 hrs a day and my first meal is usually a steak. The way these supplements have helped me is I take them with my last meal at night and it helps me to prolong my fast longer the next day. I noticed the difference immediately. Usually with the IF diet, your last meal should be carb based so that it helps prolong the fast the next day by keeping you full. Since I been using these supplements along with my last meal, the next day I feel stronger and it definitely helps with the fast. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about these supplements. If you follow the blood type diet its a must have, actually any diet, its the perfect supplementation for meat. I will be ordering these supplements for a long time and I am really happy with the results. Buy with confidence!

First and foremost, I am reviewing this product after a few months of use. I read many the online reviews because they are slightly expensive and I take a lot of supplements anyway so I wanted to be sure. That being said, the results were fast and are still coming. The good thing about these products is that it may improve some conditions that you weren't even aware of.

The Bone marrow has helped my teeth from getting looser. My gums even feel and look better. Brushing my teeth doesn't produce blood on the toothbrush anymore. I couldn't believe that! At first I had a strange teething sensation in my mouth, but it wasn't painful, just annoying. I was a bit apprehensive after that but after I sent Brian an e-mail he told me that was one of the side effects of the Bone Marrow. I kinda remembered the teething feeling from my youth, so it felt familiar. I continued with it and now my teeth feel stronger. Maybe the marrow was filling in the empty spaces inside my teeth? Who knows what else the marrow will improve over time.

The Beef organs supplement was the first product I started out with and wow, it was soooo eye opening! I had a dull ache on my side which was my liver that I had gotten used to and lived with but after about 3 to 4 days, it completely dissipated. I could sleep on my left side again without trouble. Sleep improved. I also began to feel happier than usual, not that I was depressed but just felt, "ho-hum". They say that the liver is an emotional organ. Well, my energy level went up and I found myself wanting to do things again, like go for walks, build model kits, clean the apartment, do dishes and be more helpful with friends. My thought process improved with the beef brain; I could remember new peoples names when we meet. However, with all these supplements I began taking, my big toe began to hurt for a few days. I thought I was getting gout but that subsided after another 4 to 5 days.

Brain said in our email correspondence that my gout like condition might be a side effect as my body gets used to the liver pills. Brian is very knowledgeable about his supplements and he truly does care. Send him an email and you will hear from him quickly. His passion shows in the way he replies and answers questions about conditions.

Now it's been about 4 months using the Beef Organs, Beef Brain, Beef liver, Thymus, Bone Marrow and Pancreas. The beef Pancreas has improved my diabetes to the point where my blood sugar levels have leveled out at around 100. I am thinking of trying beef lung next. Nothing but improvement since taking these products. I wonder if they could sell cow eyes. I know, gross, but maybe they can help improve ones vision because as the old adage goes, "you are what you eat." To start with the beef organs might be the best way to begin because they have almost all other organs in them, well except for eyeballs. :)

In closing I want to say that I feel very comfortable that these are all natural grass fed cows, and that is important for those who are health conscious. Generally, I take these supplements when eating a steak, which is almost every day as I am on a Carnivore diet to handle my diabetes. As a child my parents gave me liver and I hated it, but these pills are easy to swallow and I don't taste them. Ironically, I like chicken liver. Wish I had known about these products when I was in my 20's, I would probably still be as strong today. I am hooked on many of these products and I hope they continue to provide these supplements for years to come so I can grow younger with each passing year.

I have been experimenting off and on with several AS products since 2018. My condition is complex and it took me a while to figure out a good combination. I have Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, MTHFR, IBS-C, and I'm one of THOSE people who could write a book of all my debillitating symptoms and system quirks ongoing since childhood, yet according to typical doctor's tests, I've always been fine. I had a concussion, and mono twice as a child and constant strep throat until they removed my tonsils at 13, but so much damage had been done and I never truly recovered good health. I struggled through my teens and 20's and then after my second child in my early 30's, my gallbladder was removed, I had mold exposure, I crashed hard, and have been essentially home bound since. That year was the perfect storm. Vertigo, brain fog, chronic fatigue, anxiety, and chronic, severe muscle pain and tension stand out as my most debillating symptoms (although as you who can relate know, there are many, many more that could be listed). Still, all my tests were normal.

I came to highly suspect histamine intolerance and adopted a strict elimination diet which improved the vertigo by 70%. I was "better" but when you come from so far in the negative healthwise, "better" can still be quite debillitated. The elimination diet mostly maintained a status quo and at least stopped me from getting worse.

Finally in 2019, after I had deviated quite a bit from my original elimination diet, I had a severe deterioration and a couple of months of daily trigeminal neuralgia type symptoms plus constant throat tightness, numbness and swelling/closing. I was diagnosed with MCAS, at the ripe old age of 40, along with several acute actual food allergies that had never been tested before. I'm incredibly grateful to that team of allergy specialists and how thorough they have been. Ultimately there isn't much they can do for me other than get me wasted on anti-histamines, but they at least found a tangible, measurable foe for me to spar with. Much better to know your enemy! I took the anti-histamines for a few months until the acute, more life-threatening symptoms subsided, but I've mostly quit them since because it's a pick-your-poison situation. The side effects of such mega doses of anti-histamines are no better than my typical daily MCAS symptoms, (they actually seem worse to me) so I'd rather do without unless I have a particularly bad day. Also, spraying Ancient Minerals Magnesium directly on my throat (on the outside) several times a week really helps keep it more relaxed and not tighten up as badly.

So, with alllll that background, when it came to AS products which we discovered in 2018, I wholeheartedly believe in them and saw intermittent benefits, but overall I struggled to digest them properly. They'd cause acid reflux; they'd add to my histamine load, even with Seeking Health DAO; they'd sit heavy in my stomach or throat; or they'd give me unpleasant side effects like dizziness, anxiety or shakiness or just general malaise. This led to very inconsistent use.

I have tried many different kinds of digestive aids over the years but *finally* just recently discovered Dr Amy's HCl. Just plain HCl, no extras. It's so hard to find stuff with no extras!!

This has been KEY to finally unlocking the power of AS. Several AS are still too strong for me right now, so after a little trial and error I finally hit upon 1 Intestines, 1 Spleen, 1 Colostrum right after a meal with Dr Amy's HCl. No side effects, felt great. Sometimes that is a coincidence so I didn't let my hopes get up too high. Next day, same regimen, no side effects, felt great. And on each day it went!!! I couldn't help becoming very hopeful at this point. I upped that combo to twice a day and then quickly added 1 Heart, 2 Thymus, 2 Collagen once a day as well.

Immediate Benefits:

1) Nasal passages cleared. No mouth breathing even though I have started this right smack in the middle of spring allergy season. 2 Doctor's Best Serrapeptase does a great job clearing the sinuses first thing in the AM, but this combo, especially Thymus, keeps them clear all day. If something does block me up again, 2 Thymus will clear it within the hour.

2) Increased energy. I'm starting from such a negative in the energy department that an improvement still leaves me in the negative. I'm not about to run any marathons. I am still doing the same minimal amount of housework as before, with a lot of rests and breaks (it's a little ridiculous to the average person!). I still have to pace myself and choose what is urgent and what can be put off one more day. BUT, throughout the day and in the evening I am experiencing a more normal level of tired. It isn't the one-foot-in-the-grave, deep cell-level, anxiety and dizziness-provoking fatigue that I used to have. It's a much more normal, tolerable, and calmer level of fatigue. This is huge; it's such an encouraging improvement and it happened quickly.

3) Raised blood pressure. My BP always sat a little low at 90/50, anytime I tested at home or at a doctor's office. I've had nurses ask if I feel ok and I'd say "well I feel a little dizzy, but I always feel a little dizzy." Within 2 days of adding in 1 Heart to the regimen my blood pressure came up to 100-110/60-70. With shocking consistency. I check at random times during the day and where I always would have seen 90/50 before, I've not seen it once since starting Heart. That's with just one a day. It's almost unbelievable. With that, a good portion of my daily dizziness is gone. I didn't realize until now how much of it was caused by low blood pressure. I can stand and sit, move and turn my head without having to baby my dizziness so much. (NOTE: Many of the Heart reviews attest to lowering their high blood pressure with this, so the Heart adapts to doing whatever it is your heart needs.)

This is a review that is 2 years into discovering AS but it is 2 weeks into finally finding what's working for me. The Kidney is still breaking my heart a little. People report such improvement in histamine reactions that I really want to take it but it is too strong for me. I end up dizzy and "histaminey" which is the opposite of what it is supposed to do. Brian suggested I try the Organs because it has 80% less Kidney in it. That worked, (thank you!) so now I have added 1 Organs as well and will try to build it up. I anticipate any significant healing to take several years with a health history like mine but these beginning improvements are more encouraging than anything else I have ever tried. (And I am stubborn! I have tried a lot.)

(Although this review encompasses several products, I've placed it here because the Organs probably have the highest visibility. I've given many details because I know what it's like to be so desperate and needing so badly to hear encouraging stories with details you can relate to.)

UPDATE 8/30/19

I am doing well with the Bone Marrow, so much so that I added the Liver, Thyroid and Collagen.

My blood tests are back and I AM NORMAL on all levels (I can't believe that this happened after 3 weeks!!!) except Urea Nitrogen levels which are high, which also goes with my BUN/Creatinine Ratio (Calcium) also high, my White Blood Cells which are still on the low side (3.3 Thous/UL) which is so much better than where they were 5 months ago. My Hematocrit is even normal, my red blood cell count is in the Normal Range, just within the lower end, but so much better than 5 months ago Plus, get this, my cholesterol levels, perfect. Yes, perfect.

My doctor wants to check my blood again in 4 months. But, hey, he was shocked to see what my levels were, to what I HAVE now.

This is the same doctor who wanted to wait a month from the time I started taking the AS, but moved it up to three weeks from the start date (yes, he admitted he didn't think that there would be much difference so he didn't think we needed to wait for the one month to pass).

My white blood cell count shows I am still anemic, but clearly better! My Glucose down into the Normal range! Red Blood Cells, normal.

I hope you find this as amazing as I do.

Everything is doing well. I am certain it is due to the supplements we got from Ancestral Supplements.

I wanted to give you something tangible, which I thought would need more time. After all, it has only been (almost) 3 weeks. However, my hubby's sinus problems have almost completely being cleared up. Saving money on Kleenex is a great by-product of the supplements. He is older, like me, and he does go for Chiropractic adjustments. He is not in as much pain after the adjustment. That is good. The Doctor says he is adjusting faster and without as much resistance.

I am not as tired, and have more energy. My hip gave me a "permanently handicapped" parking from the State of California, but now "¦ I can walk and feel good, and leave those parking places to those who are Handicapped. Plus I can park further away and just walk. Yesterday, for instance, I bent my hip the wrong way which would normally put me in bed for a couple of days. I had to get up after laying down for 15 minutes and walk downstairs, and wow, by the time I walked down the stairs and stretched a little, the pain was tolerable. This morning, the pain is almost totally gone. I feel like going for a walk.

I am also steadier on my feet. I used to kind of bounce off the walls of the hallway and now I am noticing I am walking straight, am not dizzy, and I feel all-around better. I could actually pass a "drunk driver" test.

We are taking Bone Marrow, Liver, and I am taking Thyroid. We have stepped up the dosage without any stomach problems, which is a miracle in itself. I will be ordering more of the Bone Marrow later this week. Since there are two of us, I don't skimp. I want to feel great, and I want my hubby to feel great, too

We are both sleeping better, I require less sleep than him. That is pretty normal. He is active, and as a musician does a lot of physical stuff.

I see too many people our age have a decreased quality of life. I was going down that trail, and I think I am getting better. Wonderful!!!

Is it unusual to feel this much better this fast? I am amazed, and keep thinking "What am I doing differently other than the Ancestral Supplements?" Nothing. Happily I believe that it is the supplements, and just want to keep getting and feeling better in exponential increments! Is this a miracle? Is it answered prayer? I think yes to both. I appreciate all the encouragement and help along the way...

I have one thing to add, and this is AMAZING. My body and white blood cells have been fighting something at the Systemic level, low T-Cells, etc. from the CIRS (Chronic Inflammation of the Respiratory System) and I constantly need to clear my throat, cough a non-productive cough, and sound like Joan Rivers when I speak. This morning, the white blood cells started fighting back. I am actually spitting up a yellow mucus! Gross, I know, but my doctor said this would be the only sign my immune system is fighting back and possibly winning. Wow!!!

I remain happier, feeling better and eternally grateful.
