1) Height (whose idea was it to make it shorter than every phone to exist?😤)
2) Doesn't secure the phone (phone and holder pops off vent😤, after a while, which also has a lot to do with the height of the holder). If the holder was taller, it would relieve a lot of the pressure the weight of the top of the phone puts on the clips; which is was causes it to fall, especially when you're hitting potholes.
3) The button to open the clips is very stiff. You have to really press it to open the clips.
