Overall it's okay but there are a couple of issues. It come's with a mini CD with the software (at least I assume it's software) but our PCs are mini towers with vertical DVD drives so the disc won't sit in the drive. The other issue is that I have to disconnect the device after each use as it will only connect my Android phone Wi-Fi after it is initially plugged in. Once Wi-Fi disconnects it won't connect again until I unplug it (disconnecting power) and plug it back in again.
The result of this is that it is consigned to a draw until we need it's diagnostic features as it can't realistically be used for live reporting.

This is Mac compatible too.. use EOBD-Facile software from the Mac App Store.

I don't know why the seller doesn't say its Mac compatible. Works fully fine with my MacBook Pro running Mac OS 10.13.2 High Sierra. Just plug into car, turn car on, switch laptop Wifi to the Wifi OBD2 network and run the application EOBD-Facile as found in the Mac App Store. The program configures easily enough tell it it is an ELM Wifi adaptor and the rest is easy. Great little Wifi dongle. Works with all machines and devices so programmed to use it.

Went on to users and ad on Youtube...and watched as various people used their Scanner..looked ez....when I got mine I downloaded the "FREE" OBD App from Google App Store on to my Samsung... then plugged the compact lil unit in.....it was so very user friendly...easy to use...unlike the others, it is WiFi WIRELESS and sent data to my Samsung Android ...difference between many of them is the manual / Booklet has all the OBD Codes and if ya loose it I guess one would have to go On Line and down Load Codes to carry around....This one has the Codes stored , so ya just enter the displayed Code and it comes up as to what the problem is, with some suggested fixes also...this is way cool.........all in all very Good...I had 2 Codes that had triggered the "CHECK ENGINE" Light..I replaced the parts suggested removed Codes and BANG..no more Warning Lite....Great Products!
