Great For Joints!

So I have been taking this for a little over a week and while I haven't really noticed any difference in wrinkles or anything like that I can definitely tell that this is helping with my joints. I have always had horrible knees that would sometimes even pop out of socket for no reason at all. Well, everyday I walk my dog around our neighborhood and I can always feel the pain in my knees halfway through our walks. Since I started taking this I have noticed that my knees don't hurt as much as they used to. The pain in not completely gone but definitely improved.

These have been easy to take daily. Some pills can be extra large or have a bad taste and these have neither. I have noticed a difference in my skin almost first thing. My skin has been smoother to touch and the acne is disappearing. I have also noticed my nails getting longer quicker and coming in thicker then before. Definitely continuing these so i can take a few years off my face!

now that I am in my 40's I have friends that keep telling me to use collagen. So I am giving it a try and so far I like it a lot. It sucks outr bodies change and we need more supplements, however I feel this one is necessary as a female to take. It is an added benefit to using other wrinkle creams, can help you get back elasticity and it helps with your bones as well, which I did not realize. I like taking this, especially becuase I exercise and try to stay fit as well.

I looked at a lot of collagen supplements before choosing ForestLeaf, and I'm glad I took a little time before making a purchase. I bought collagen to help firm and tone skin and to help with my thin and sometimes peeling nails. Within a week my skin was tighter, softer, and smoother, and after three weeks there are areas that look ten years younger. Seriously. Beyond that, my nails are growing stronger and faster and I haven't had any nail peeling. I am reording this product today.

I've noticed a difference in my skin since I began taking this collagen supplement. It's softer and smoother. It almost feels stretchier. Which is good! I bought this to help my skin shrink with my weight loss and so far I don't have a ton of saggy skin. I'm definitely getting a refill.
