I was very hesitant to order this with all the negative flavor reviews. I find it very tolerable.
I mix in a smallish amount of flavored sparkling water to make sure it dissolved and then add the rest of the can. Drink with ice.
I have tried both flavors this way with good results.

So I bought the unflavored Juven, for me the best way to get it down was to mix it with a bouillon cube, and make a broth, since it already has a slight salty taste and mixes better in warm water this was perfect. The other way I used it was to mix in with my protein shake. I do not like sweet drinks so I knew I wouldn't like the flavored variety. Hopefully the plastic surgeon will be pleased with my healing.

If you want to speed up your recovery and heal your wound, this is it. My doctors were amazed at how fast and how well my wound was/is healing. They estimated I would need a wound vac for two months. I used it for 3 weeks. Three weeks after that I've been removed from almost all bandaging. Something that was supposed to take 3.5 months has been reduced to 2 months. As to taste, I used the fruit punch flavor. I didn't mind it at all. It didn't taste bad, it's not Kool aid but the benefits are worth it.
