Spongy & kind of weird

I am a HUGE Swerve fan. I love the white, confectioners and now brown Swerve and use them every weekend during meal/dessert prep. I was so excited for pancakes! These are really spongy-I mean pancakes are kind of spongy, I guess, but, not sure how to describe the texture-maybe a bit weird? They don't taste bad or anything and throw the monkfruit maple syrup on and they are certainly edible. I just wont be buying another box of this.

The chocolate cake flavor is what I'm reviewing. It's nice to have a cake boxed for convenience. While expensive, cococonut flour or almond flour are the ingredients one would make a low carb cake with and those are expensive. I think this product is reasonably priced for what it is and the convenience factor. The flavor did not scream "chocolate!". The consistency was what I struggled most with. My cake literally turned out gritty/sandy. Strange. Would likely not buy this again

I live the keto lifestyle, and I get tired of trying out recipes, not liking them, ultimately wasting all those pricey ingredients. I decided to buy this to try. Boy, was I impressed! No cooling/aftertaste that most of the sugar alcohols have, and it tasted DELICIOUS! It tasted like something I should feel guilty for eating, however, 150 calories and only 3 net carb for a good sized cupcake?!?! So happy to find these! I will be making a batch of these for my wedding in November so I can actually enjoy cupcakes with my guests! 5 star for sure! Even my non keto fiance loved them!

These pancakes turned out great. We made the whole box & there was 28 pancakes. Going to freeze them & then reheat in the toaster for making bacon, egg & cheese pancake sandwiches. Swerve products make life easier & healthier.
