I am extremely impressed with this product. It is supportive but discrete. Have worn daily since it was delivered. The bone spur/heel pain is almost completely gone while wearing despite 12 to 14 hour days on my feet. I appreciate that they don't adhere to the shoe and can be used with different shoes. This is a premier product and I will likely order another pair just in case I happen to misplace this one. I would recommend without any reservations. Thank you for allowing me pain free days and a return to normalcy!! I will always be grateful! I am in health care and there is no way I could continue to work without this product !

I recently developed plantar fasciitis, and have tried quite a few of the numerous products that are on the market in order to try and ease the pain. But these inserts are one of the only things that finally made a positive difference, at least for me.

I purchased a pair of the gel inserts and a pair of the regular inserts from this company (Heel That Pain) because I wasn't sure what the difference would be. I definitely prefer the gel. They are a very flexible silicone material, whereas the standard ones are more firm. I like the shape of the Heel That Pain inserts because the support is right in front of the heel pad on your foot. Many other inserts have a cushion in the heel area, which pressed up against my foot and actually cause more pain. The description claims to massage the Plantar Fasciitus tendon in the bottom of your foot, and for me that's exactly what it did! I put these inside my tennis shoes and begin feeling relief by the end of the very first day. They do feel a little strange at first, because the bump is quite firm against the bottom of your foot (especially the first couple of days when it is in pain and tender) but you get used to it after a few days of wearing them consistently.

I actually hoped that I would be able to graduate to the standard inserts after these became comfortable, like going from a light rub to a deep tissue massage for my foot. I got to the point where I could wear the gel inserts in my shoes and walk around all day & I felt a little to no pain! When I switched to the more firm inserts, although they have the same shape, for some reason it just irritated that tendon and it was not as comfortable for my foot. Switched back to the gel ones, and that pain was relieved again. I will not say that my issues are completely resolved from using these, but they definitely make a difference and I can definitely tell the difference when I'm not wearing them. They work best in my tennis shoes, and my feet still seem to hurt if I wear some of my other pairs of shoes, with the insert but they are pretty easy to switch from one pair to another and try.

Obviously these will not work for everyone, but I would definitely recommend giving them a try, and if one doesn't work, maybe try the other...obviously there is some kind of difference despite them seeming almost exactly alike, because one hurts my foot and the other helps the pain. My only issue with these is that they seem to wear out fairly quickly. It could be because I wear them all day every day, and they are softer material. But in my opinion, they are definitely worth the money for the relief that they have offered for my specific situation.

I first heard about Heel that Pain from a fellow referee. We referee volleyball, which means we are pretty much standing straight up and down for hours, especially on tournament days. I have tried all brands of shoes, Asics are now my go-to brand, but they are still hard on the feet and knees when standing up all day. I don't really suffer from plantar fasciitis but it is just hard to be standing immobile for a long time.

I decided to try the gel inserts, because I really want the cushioning and not really the arch support. The litmus test was this last weekend, for my first tournament. 7 hours of games, standing on my feet, and it does help. I walked out feeling better at the end of the day. I still think I may get anti-fatigue mats to put on the referee stands, but these in the shoes did make me feel better.

I will likely order another pair to keep in my referee shoes, and use this pair for everyday pair. At this price, I think this is worthwhile, rather than switching back and forth.

I rarely ever give ANY thing a full 5 stars, but this totally deserves it!! I've tried what I thought was every thing for relief over the years. I've paid a fortune ($300) to have custom made orthotics made & they felt like walking on a roll bar all day, so I couldn't use them at all, but THESE do NOT! These are GREAT!! My feet are incredibly tender; having been suffering & plagued with Plantar Fasciitis & bone spurs for all these years. (My feet also bear the weight of nearly 300 lbs.) I don't know what the harder version of these feel like, but these gel ones are AMAZING!!!! ;-) I barely feel the bump at all. If I did feel it, it would drive me crazy. These just bring INSTANT relief & the relief just keeps getting better every day. I even took a walk in our new neighborhood for the first time!! When you look at them after arrival, you think to yourself "now HOW on earth can these do ANY thing for me?" You can't even see any heel cushion. But all I know is that somehow it really does work!! I guess it's that weird lump in it that is the magic.. I guess it ever so gently but very effectively stretches it. I am SUPER grateful for these!! I am able to be on my feet longer & longer periods. I went from barely standing up for 2-10 minutes, to an hour or more before my feet start "talking to me". I am confident they will keep feeling better & I will be able to do so much more, like a REAL person!!! This means SO much to me!! I can have my normal life back soon!!

I simultaneously am using with this product, some compression ankle socks (3 Pairs Sport Plantar Fasciitis Arch Support Low Cut Running Gym Compression Foot Socks / Foot Sleeves by J-Trendy seller). The socks have been helpful too, I'm sure, but I attribute most of the help to these gel inserts. I can't urge you enough to GET THESE NOW!! I never want to be without these!! Goodness, I've spent TONS of money all these years on special shoes that cost as much as over $300/ pair, $100 foot massagers, massage therapy, supplements, etc.... THIS has been the most effective thing, has worked the fastest (immediately!!), and is super affordable to all that other stuff. THANK YOU HEEL THAT PAIN!!!!! Thank the Lord!!! ;-)

I also want to mention that I wondered if these being a partial insert, rather than a full one, that it would bother me, because partials have had that annoyance feel to me before, but I assure you these do not. They are just super comfortable, on even the worst of painful feet. I put them in whatever shoes or slippers I'm wearing at the time. They fit nicely and stay put in my slippers/ clogs too, without wiggling around. Buy these. Your feet will thank you & you'll be SO glad you did & wish you found them sooner! ;-) My best to you all!

Purchased after fracturing my plantar fasciitis on my foot. Good way to strengthen your plantar. Hope this will make it better. Doctor said it would be acceptable to use gently. Use before you must need it!
