If you want to speed up your recovery and heal your wound, this is it. My doctors were amazed at how fast and how well my wound was/is healing. They estimated I would need a wound vac for two months. I used it for 3 weeks. Three weeks after that I've been removed from almost all bandaging. Something that was supposed to take 3.5 months has been reduced to 2 months. As to taste, I used the fruit punch flavor. I didn't mind it at all. It didn't taste bad, it's not Kool aid but the benefits are worth it.
