Installed it into a CUH-1215A PS4 that I had received that had a faulty disc drive. Works flawlessly and without any issues in reading and loading disc contents. Only issue was the lack of promised tools with said purchase of the drive. Regardless, it works wonderfully for any CUH-1215A PS4.
