I had an old optical drive which was no longer allowing CD ripping (we listen to unusual classical music that none of the streaming services carry). Nice reader / writer - lid doesn't pop all the way up - just releases when button is pushed - guess this is normal? But the drive itself is just fine. Arrived with other order sooner than expected / packaging could have been better (bubble wrap), but all is good.
