so let me start by saying i am a line cook and i am on my feet for 12 hours a day at the least. Now these insoles did reduce the pain but after about the 5hour mark of moving around in them they might as well not even be there. (that might be a bit of a exaggeration) Now I'm not entirely sure the full purpose of these insoles are they supposed to kill the pain, or are they correcting my feet thus intentionally hurting my feet but to improve them for the long term. I've only used them a handful of times so perhaps they get better overtime. I will update if that is true. One last thing they do not stick to the bottom of the shoe very well so if you are looking at these for like running these would be a pass they slide and I can see that getting very annoying UPDATE these things are working hard-core I've had them for roughly 5 weeks now and wow have the reduced the pain it's still there yes but not nearly as bad as it used to be I don't think the will be the end all be all but I am pleased with it and hope they continue to improvement feet
Worked for the most part

This product would've worked really well for me if I only needed it for heal support. Unfortunately I needed more arch support in my shoe in addition to the heal support and this product just didn't give me that. I ended up giving the insoles to my mom because she liked them and doesn't need as much arch support as me. Overall they work well for plantar fasciitis but if you need arch support as well I wouldn't recommend.
So far so good...

I have had heel pain for almost a year and saw a podiatrist who diagnosed me with plantar fasciitis. They recommended some stretches and icing the inflamed area along with taking some anti-inflammatory medication. Then they wanted to cast my feet for custom orthotics after 2 visits in a week span. I did not want to, nor could I justify the $600+ out of pocket expense I would incur from this custom product.
I have insurance but my insurance will not cover "flat feet" as they put it, but would cover the orthotics if I was diabetic. Since I am not diabetic I opted to not spend the 600 dollars for something I thought would go away with the stretching and icing regiment.
I was wrong. Some days I could not bear to walk or even stand especially after sleeping overnight or after long commutes in a vehicle. But I would stretch and stretch until I could stand up and walk off the pain. I wanted to find a reasonable solution to my problem so I found these heel seats.
I was skeptical that these would fit my foot as I am a size 14 4e shoe/sneaker wearer but they fit great. They are uncomfortable at first but I have noticed in the 3 days I have been currently wearing them that when I take off my sneakers my feet aren't hurting. I can walk around barefoot without pain and in the morning the pain has been lessened by a lot that I am actually really impressed by this product.
I will continue to update about my progress but I am most concerned about the longevity of the product. I am only walking with the the heel seat but hope to be jogging/running with these soon. So far I would recommend this product.
***UPDATE***
After about 2 weeks these inserts still seem to be reducing my heel pain. They are no longer uncomfortable with normal walking so I guess I am getting used to the feel of them. I still have heel pain but it has been reduced. When I sit for prolonged periods of time I notice the pain comes back so I know to stretch and walk around. The pain when I take off my shoes and walk barefoot has also been reduced. Hopefully after a month I still will see positive results. I have not walked for great distances with these on or ran with these on because of it being winter but I will try to test these out accordingly.
***UPDATE***
So it has been about 2 months after my purchase of these Heel Seats for my plantar fasciitis. I will have to honestly say that my pain has reached a plateau. It has not completely gone away but isn't as pervasive as it was. After long walks and long periods of standing my feet do hurt in the heel region. It is still not nearly as bad as it was when I had no extra support. I would say that this product does work but for mild to moderate pain relief. For the price I am very satisfied with the product but it has been as effective as it will probably ever be and I know that now. If I were to do it over again I would still make this purchase and also recommend to friends of mine if they had the same problems with their feet to also buy this product.

Many years ago (I'm 56 now) when I was running 5 to 10 miles a day, I struggled with plantar fasciitis. I discovered Heel That Pain insoles and have used them ever since, even as I have transitioned to power walking. These insoles are the best! When I buy new exercise shoes, I buy new insoles, and I have not struggled with plantar fasciitis since! Wonderful product!
It helps

I'm a senior with arthritis so anything that can help that is useful to me. The last year or so, I've had heel pain (most likely due to the arthritis) that affects the outer sides of my heel--not the bottom. Because I walk a lot everyday and for long distances since I live in a rural area, I've been desperate to find something that can ease the pain. I no longer expect to eliminate it, just ease it enough so that I can keep on walking. (Once I stop walking I may as well kiss life goodbye...)
Anyway, I've tried a lot of things and so far, these heel inserts have been the best. I've been slowly purchasing sets of these to put into my various shoes and boots so that I don't have to take them out and swap them around all the time. I notice a big difference to the point where without them I really can't walk more than half a mile. Further than that, I just grit my teeth and focus on getting to my destination. With these pads, while I still have some discomfort, I can generally walk a mile without it being an endurance contest. The heel pads are letting me continue when nothing else really worked, although I will add that using a set of these heel pads along with orthopedic shoes helps even more. The combination is excellent.
When you have arthritis, nothing gives 100% relief no matter what anyone says, but these pads come the closest so I'll keep on buying them so I can continue to walk.
