Although the directions for assembly leave something to be desired, this little meat grinder does a great job. I've only tested it on chicken breast so far, but I was happy with its performance.
I am really liking this Manual Meat Grinder

I am really liking this Manual Meat Grinder. It's easy to assemble and to break down, cleans up quickly and takes up very little real-estate in my small kitchen.
I have nothing to compare it to but the unit seems very sturdy, the suction is outstanding so far and I'm thinking this thing will last for years. You do have to use it near the edge of your work space to accommodate the long handle but as you do need that extra length to give you the leverage to make the job easier on you I'm glad it is like it is.
I did have it leak a tad from the back of the screw where the handle attaches but it was not much either time and an easy cleanup after. Knowing that this is a possibility you can set it up with a rag or paper towels under it to catch it.
Clean up is too easy after you break it down (there are no nooks and crannies where small food particles could get stuck) and just let it drip dry in the Dish Rack or wherever. Cleaning the gristle or fat from the blades can be slightly troublesome but even that is no big deal.
After it's clean and dry I put it all back it the original box so that it all stays together and it is a space saver .
So far I have only ground Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts and Thighs but this Grinder speeds through them and makes the nicest Ground Chicken for my needs.
If it ever breaks I will buy it again and have already recommended it to others.
I made a video to add but it apparently got deleted. When/if I make another one I will come back and attach it.

Haven't had a single issue yet. The fat can get tangled and stuck in the binding, as you grind but you can avoid that by making sure the meat you put in is as close to frozen as possible. Cleaning and assembly is very straightforward. You won't get a better one for less.
Works great

This was our first grinder. It's been great so far.
Excellent, except, with very tough meat, can pop off clean granite counter

The suction only holds well to my clean granite counter until I apply enough pressure to grind very tough meat (chicken gizzards). I need to grind the meat because it's slightly tough. If I only needed this for very tender meat, it might work because it would take less pressure to grind it. I don't know if that would help prevent it from popping off the counter, but it might explain how some others say they have no trouble with it popping loose. The long handle requires less effort to turn than a short handle and provides the ability to put plenty of pressure into grinding anything it's frustrating to have to keep trying to re-attach it. It's definitely quite strong and well made to not crack under the pressure of trying to grind the gizzards and probably great for grinding less tough meats or making extruded cookies. So I think it's a well made product but just not suitable for grinding chicken gizzards, so, for me a 4 star product, but for anyone needing it for less tough meat or cookies, the suction power would be more than adequate, it's easy to use and easy to clean and very well made and I thought the directions were very good too. So, for those uses, it's quite good in every way possible. I ended up returning mine because I only needed it to grind gizzards that were too tough to cut up. It turned out that it was easy to return.
