Change color temp with gel film 2700
BP✓ Verified Purchase•August 9, 2023
Good light. The end caps are removable so you can put a gel film to change the color temp. The light is at 3000 is which not warm but not cool either, it is borderline cool. You can buy some gel film to make it warmer. The end caps comes off easily and you can insert a film of your choice. I experimented with orange tissue paper. Will probably use a "peach color" gel from (search gel film light, movie industry uses these plastic sheets to change the colors of the studio lights).
Looks nice and great value for the price

Would buy again.
Nice design, too bright, but easy to adjust
P. M. Ferguson✓ Verified Purchase•July 16, 2023
Like the design of the light"¦looks really good mounted and connected to a switch. However, like some others have said, it is really too bright. However, the sides open very easy and cleanly to reveal the LED strip. All that is needed is to put some white paper to dim the brightness a little bit. If you want more "warm" light then it's easy to put a tungsten gel sheet inside.
Value and Quality

What I like about this product is, I got exactly what I expected to get as for as quality and price. Easy to assemble and hang on wall. I use this lamp fixture to hang over my picture. Thank you.
Beautiful! Great price! Very difficult to install!

Absolutely beautiful! Perfect adjustment and tilt option. Price not a match to any other similar product!
Just be ready to spend some time and get frustrated installing...
Side screws that hold fixture to the mounting plate are small, making it difficult to start screwing with fingers... try that while holding the hanging fixture and a screwdriver, balancing yourself on a ladder! On top of that, since in all fairness this is probably an issue with any fixture, apparently the screw holes seem aligned to the mounting plate, so that the plate is flush to the edge of the fixture, except it's not. And if your wall is not perfectly finished and chances are it's not, since the focus of drywall muddying is the wall, not perfect geometry for a fixture; the screw holes will not match the mounting plate! Honestly, I don't know why the hole is not oval so we can slide the fixture slightly, matching it to the plate, but it is what is!
40min after struggling with this, I decided to use a tiny piece of painters tape between the plate and the wall, so that the plate could sit a fraction of an inch away from the wall, giving me the opportunity to align the fixture holes and screw it in place.
Learning that lesson, took me 5min to install the second fixture.
Looks amazing and is still worth the hassle...
